How to install patch 3?

Your recent news post mentioned that we need to upgrade to Patch 3 for Nedi 1.7 and 1.8.

What is the procedure to apply this update?

Download the patch file. Go to System-Files and browse for the patch file where it says "choose file". Click Execute

Check file permissions in the nedi folder, if this fails...
