Multiple errors when discovering Aruba IAP 314
« on: January 23, 2023, 04:20:06 pm »
Hi all,
unfortunately when I run the "./nedi.pl -pob" command to discover the devices on the network and back up their configuration, I sporadically run into the following errors, the strangest thing is that some APs which are part of the same Wlanc are recognized correctly and others are not.

The backup of the AP3-G and AP-4G Config is perfectly visible inside the GUI, the other 2 APs are presented in the state that you can find in the attachment.

I tried everything in my knowledge and I also tried to search for some previous article within the community but without success, can anyone help me?

Thank you
Davide

Funny it worked for some ;-) They should be identified as non-SNMP devices as I'd rather read the controller than x-hundred APs...

Are they all 314s? Also the -o option requires ouidev to be defined in nedi.conf. But it shouldn't even be necessary as Aruba supports LLDP.
Please consider Other-Invoices on your NeDi installation for an annual contribution, tx!
