duplicated nodes, how to delete them?
« on: February 17, 2021, 04:31:48 pm »
Hi all,
I have some duplicated nodes with same parameters (mac-address,ip-address,hostname, network device)
I read old thread "more than 1 entry per mac", but I don't find there an easy way to delete duplicated nodes.
I use NeDi 1.7.090, is there a way to delete duplicated nodes ?

Nodes had addresses stored in nodarp table and names in dns table. This could lead to multiple lines with the join query in Nodes-List.
In NeDi 2.0 the names will be in nodarp, thus hopefully improving this behaviour. Keep in mind you'll need to perform a DNS after updateing to 2.0 (click DNS Button then Execute in System-NeDi).

Last but not least, it'll be released to the public in the coming days :-)
Please consider Other-Invoices on your NeDi installation for an annual contribution, tx!
