Lost Admin password

Dear All;

I lost the Admin password (Nedi 1.7) and I am looking for a way to reset it ..
After searching the forum , I found the below page but could not understand how to proceed ..

The solution in the link worked fine ..
Found the init admin password hash ..
executed db then update users table with the found hash.
