have I an possibility to use Devices->Write per Command Line?

Not sure I understand the question in the current version you can send commands or wrap them with conf t and end,wr mem if you hit config. But a major redesing is pending due to the new cli library...

I need a tool to change the description on a switchport per script.
I was use nedi for this if possible.

Kai - Device write can send a set of commands to multiple devices at once.  This works great for global changes like syslog, ntp, passwords, etc.  It does not work as well for switchports, unless the switchport changes are exactly the same on the multiple devices.   For example, if you wanted to disable CDP on ports 1 through 12 on all devices, then device write will work great.  If you want each switch to have different settings on different ports, then Device Write will not help much.   Cheers!  Tristan

I need this in the Command Line for a script.

oh, sure use Devsend.pl in html/inc, this is, what the php script actually calls...
