Config Backup CISCO CSS11503
« on: October 08, 2010, 09:31:15 AM »
Hi,

I have upgraded the libcli-netssh.pl to use nedi for Backup the configs from Cisco CSS11503.

Code: [Select]
$cmd{'IOS-css'}{'prom'} = '/# $/';
$cmd{'IOS-css'}{'conf'} = 'show run';
Code: [Select]
if ($line =~ /^(Running|Current|PIX|FWSM|ASA|Building|!Generated)\s|^begin$|\*\*\* CORE|<config>/){$go = 1}
You need on the CSS for correct function follows:

login with nedi-user
no terminal more
copy profile user-profile

thanks for this. I'll add it to 1oh6. Can you tell me what the copy profile is for?  There's really only one command reserved for displaying configs...

Also which keyword is the real start of the config Building or !Generated?

Please consider Other-Invoices on your NeDi installation for an annual contribution, tx!

The CSS has a profile for every user. In the profile is saved the terminal length and the more display.
Wehn you change the terminal length or more prompt in a session, you must answer a question on logout for save the profile.

The config starts with  '!Generated' and end with a prompt.
Code: [Select]
CSS02# sh run
!Generated on 12/10/2010 07:24:40
!Active version: sg0810106
configure
...
CSS02#
