NeDiO mysql queries
« on: June 29, 2010, 06:00:47 PM »
Hi!

I'd like to do queries to the NeDio mysql-database from another server. I'm not experienced with OpenBSD, yet.
I've modified the mysqld-options with the parameter "--bind-address=0.0.0.0" at "/usr/local/bin/mysqld_safe" but the mysqld-server doesn't accept connections from outer space...  :P
Maybe you could give me a hint?  :P

thx

regards Mike

I'm also trying to do this.

How did you do that?
Do you have to change any my.cnf file?

edit /etc/pf.conf and comment out the last line...
