There are some 10G interfaces that returns the following value: 4294967295

To update this, just go to ./html/Topology-Linked.php below line 100 and add:

<option value="4294967295">10G

Nexus, WS-C6509-V-E and CISCO7609-S...

I don't know if the IFs was fiber or sfp+...

Do you have 2HC as SNMP version? Are all 10G IFs like that or just some?

Just some interfaces, and yes, all set with 2HC type.

Check table nedi.devices for snmpversion field. It should be 130 for 2HC device. It may be set to 2 IF nedi timed out waiting for HC for the first time, then it keeps this value (no HC) in database and you never will get 10G.
I opt for removing snmp version detection from code. Especially part where it stores something to DB. Only place it should be defined is .def file.
