attached is my 1st version of juniper. beside some other defs: Nexans, Nokia, Avocent

With modules you will need some code changes, because Juniper has a 2 instead of a 1 dimensional structuring and indexing of the sub-component assets.

For Config Backup I tried this in libcli-netssh.pl:
$cmd{'JunOS'}{'prom'} = '/.+[#>]\s?$/';
$cmd{'JunOS'}{'conf'} = 'show configuration | no-more';
$cmd{'JunOS'}{'paus'} = '0.3';

but didnt work, any ideas?

Steffen

Did you turn on input & output.log? Very helpful for debugging and if any weird escape sequences are used you'll see them...

yes I did, but there was just one hour left after a hard day in a POC. I think it was a failed ssh sensing, because the Port kept to 23 into the Database while the boxes are SSH only enabled. SSH-version sensing? Prompt sensing?

Probably something that will get much better with net::appliance than net::ssh as well  :-\

reworked Juniper-def's see file attachment. Please Note, that cisco like full support is just possible with the code changes in my nedi-netmon-libs, posted here: http://forum.nedi.ch/index.php?topic=546.0
