Issues with setting up Initial Discovery

So I have used Nedi a ton at a previous job. Decided to try setting it up at my new job. Seed router is reachable and gets discovered but when I go to Device List, I get a blank white page. Any ideas?

Here is the only error I have found so far:

RR :RRD /var/nedi/rrd/cdc/Gi2%2F16.rrd opening '/var/nedi/rrd/cdc/Gi1%2F32.rrd': Permission denied

I look at my permissions and they look correct to me.
