CLI Bridge Fwd error: login error
« on: November 17, 2015, 08:33:41 AM »
Hi
Since this weekend I've started to receive "CLI Bridge Fwd error: login error" on random devices.
The network consists of about 100 devices. Most of them is running radius authentication.
Usually one device every second hour or so. I'm using nedi 1.0.9-010
What's wrong and do I have to tweak any variables?

If it just started, it could be a change of the radius PW? If it worked once, NeDi doesn't usually change anything...
Please consider Other-Invoices on your NeDi installation for an annual contribution, tx!

Did you maybe changed the SSH-key for those devices?
If yes you can see a log entry like this on the Cisco device:

%SSH-4-SSH2_UNEXPECTED_MSG: Unexpected message type has arrived. Terminating the connection from 10.0.0.1 (NeDi Server)

Solution:
1. reset the CLI key on the device summary
2. rescan the device manualy to test

./nedi.pl -B0 -ka 10.0.1.200

greetings
Thiago
