Attached defs for Cisco Nexus 9K:
N9K-C9336PQ
N9K-C9396PX
N9K-C93128TX

Defs are for switches in ACI mode.
Note: Defs will be quite different for non-ACI configured switches.

Cool, fits well with my "experiment" to discover the APIC itself :-)

If you have any ideas on how to set that up I'm all ears. monitoring policy/EPG/etc configuration for APIC.
Would love to spend more time on setting up monitoring for it.

I've been working on this for my partner Groundwork Opensource. They build connectors to monitor all kind of cloud and SDN environments. Let me know, if you want to get in touch with them...

So far, I've only created a discovery script for the APIC-EM which polls devices, interfaces, links and configs via REST API.

hi,

thanks for the def files.

one thing i have, i had to change the OID for the S/N to
1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.11.10

1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.11.48 was wrong for me!

Yeah I've seen many of these with the OID different for the serial number.
I actually can get the SN from both of these as they are the same. (for a 9336PX switch)
1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.11.48
1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.11.149
and the cisco snmp Object Navigator tool says that entPhysicalSerialNum ends at ....1.1.11 but can supply serials for any components in it.
http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/BrowseOID.do?local=en&translate=Translate&objectInput=1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.11#oidContent

I'm forever changing the nedi provided ones to values that work for me.

We are currently running aci-n9000-system.11.1.2h.bin note I haven't tested these OIDs with previous versions.

I don't know why they are different and as I get no response from using .1.1.11.10 I'll be sticking with .48 for now.
