Trafic monitoring
« on: July 21, 2015, 03:22:37 PM »
Hello! Gruezi!  ;)

First of all, I would like to thank you for this nice tool. It's very usefull for my actual work.

I tested a bit all the features and I just need something more to replace my actual system. It is possible to monitor the CPU, the temperature, the memory... and to send an alert when a threshold is reached but as far as I know it's not possible to monitor the trafic on a device or an interface.

If it has already been implemented, can you please explain me how to do it and if not, is it on some sort of todolist?

Thanks

rickli

Bonsoir :)

In 1.4 you can even set traffic thresholds per interface (in Devices-Interfaces). Just keep in mind that you only get average traffic  per discovery intervall. In Devices-Status you can pop up realtime traffic graphs for troubleshooting...
Please consider Other-Invoices on your NeDi installation for an annual contribution, tx!

Thanks for your answer, it was exactly what I wanted, I just didn't see the three fields for the thresholds.

Have a nice afternoon!
