Hello,

The problem with Switchs 3com Superstack 4400  ;) is that the vlan number not correspond with ethernet physical interface. Interface numbering (with stackeds switchs) si 101, 102... 201, 202... 301, 202... and VLAN per interface numbering difers. That makes GUI false VLAN numbering. Ho to correct this ?

When I do snmpwalk -v 2c -c comswi 192.168.1.239 1.3.6.1.2.1.17.7.1.4.5.1.1
I've the result :
iso.3.6.1.2.1.17.7.1.4.5.1.1.1 = Gauge32: 2
iso.3.6.1.2.1.17.7.1.4.5.1.1.2 = Gauge32: 9
iso.3.6.1.2.1.17.7.1.4.5.1.1.3 = Gauge32: 9
...
iso.3.6.1.2.1.17.7.1.4.5.1.1.195 = Gauge32: 1
iso.3.6.1.2.1.17.7.1.4.5.1.1.196 = Gauge32: 1
iso.3.6.1.2.1.17.7.1.4.5.1.1.197 = Gauge32: 1

So, in the Nedi GUI, VLAN per interface are false, for other stack,

Thanks

Best regards

rickli

On nedi-1.0.6-rc2? This should support the Q-bridge mib, which should fix this nicely...
Please consider Other-Invoices on your NeDi installation for an annual contribution, tx!

Hello,
Here we can see the numbering of VLANs. wen I ask the switch, the VLAN default is 11 in stack 2.
Here we see it with 0 (perhaps because snmpwalk -v 2c -c comswi 192.168.1.239 1.3.6.1.2.1.17.7.1.4.5.1.1.201 doesn't exist).
 ???

Hello,

This OID seams to correct the problem : IFvlan  1.3.6.1.4.1.43.10.1.14.1.3.1.6
in file : /opt/nedi/sysobj/1.3.6.1.4.1.43.10.27.4.1.2.4.def

Vlans are well listed now. I see if there is other OID to correct, because ports speeds seams to be false...
