Discovery / Change statically device name

There is a way to change statically a device name?
I'm requesting this because in some devices I can't get the sysname via SNMP

With the default SysObjId associated to the device I get the model name ... but in this way I have a lot of devices with the same name.
I'm imaging a transform table like: IP -> hostname. Or something like that.

Hanwha cams don't expoxe sysname via SNMP, only IP address or Mac Address are unique values.
How can I use one of these VALUE to identify uniquely my cams via NeDi?
