Title: monitoring multiple functions

I have tried to setup multiple monitors on the same device, ex snmp test, ping test, http test.   It seems like Nedi only allow one functional test per device,, is that correct or am I doing something wrong ?

Yes, that's correct. I figured it should suffice to monitor network infrastructure in combination with the discovery (which polls CPU, Mem and other important stuff). In addition the uptime check covers 3 aspects: latency (of mgmt plane), intermittent reboots and whether target is alive or not...

There are in-depth checks for web- dns- and time-servers. It's intended for the handful of servers every networker cares about, not DC farms :)
