Title: Update to 2.1C

I just noticed that the website has version 2.1C available for download. During the update, an error message appeared with the following message:

Edit php.ini:
post_max_size = 8MB
upload_max_size = 8MB

That should be corrected...in the php.ini the values are like this:
post_max_size = 8M
upload_max_filesize = 8M

Thanks for your input, I'll have it corrected for 2.3...
