Title: Mail-notification: new device found

NeDi is running great. Thanks for the great tool. I run NeDi 2.0C.
I do not understand the notification function. I am looking for a way to get a mail notification when a new device (computer, smatphone, ...) is found on the network. I do not understand where and how to configure this. I have not found a working way in the nedi.conf and in the Monitoring menu.

In nedi.conf you can use an uppercase N to get emails on new MAC addresses (currently working on adding L3 info as well)
