hello, we have a problem with the switch backup configuration.
Error log.
Prepare (CLI)
PREP: Config Backup unsupported.

So, some data is not collected; for example Serial#.

Watch the new Defed Tutorial on YT. If those switches have a similar CLI as IOS you can try that for the OS. Otherwise you'll have to create a new entry in libcli.pm (it's actual Perl programming)
